How to pay DHL bills online

  1. Visit https://mybill.dhl.com and log in using your registered email and password.
  2. Once logged in, you’ll see a dashboard displaying all your outstanding invoices. Select the invoice you want to pay.
  3. Click on the option to "Pay" for your selected invoice. Confirm your choice by clicking “confirm”
  4. Choose "One-Time Payment" and select your preferred payment channel: 
  • Credit/debit card: Enter your card details, click "Finish and Pay," and verify the transaction using the OTP sent to your mobile.
  • ATM payments / Internet banking: Provide the necessary details, and the system will generate a reference number with a QR code. Print or download it to make the payment via ATM or mobile banking.
  • Over-the-counter payments: Enter the required information, and the system will create a reference number with a QR code. Use this to pay at Tesco Lotus, Big C, Thailand Post, or Truemoney kiosks.
  • E-Wallets: Choose from Alipay, WeChat, Line Pay, or True Money, and click "Finish and Pay" to complete the transaction.

1. Login to the DHL MyBill App

  • Open the DHL Express Mobile App.
  • Tap the hamburger menu (☰) and navigate to "MyBill."
  • Log in with your registered email and password.

Once the payment is completed, the status on your MyBill dashboard will change from “Unpaid” to “Paid.” However, please note this update may take up to 2 business days.
