Fathi Tlatli has been with DHL for 16 years, starting in 2004 as Vice President for the EMEA Engineering & Manufacturing Sector, later adding the Global Aerospace Sector in 2007. In 2009, he became President of DHL's Global Auto-Mobility Sector, overseeing strategy, development, and global customer management for DHL Customer Solutions & Innovation. Fathi holds an MBA in International Management (University of Leuven) and a Bachelor's in Applied Economic Sciences (University of Louvain), along with diplomas in Integrated Supply Chain Management (Stanford) and International General Management (IMD). He has authored books on Time Management and marketing in Emerging Markets.

National Account Manager, Automotive - Enviroserve

Over the past four years, Dustin has been a key member of the management team at EnviroServe, helping launch its state-of-the-art e-waste recycling facility. He established the Commodities Trading Division, focusing on downstream value recovery, and the IT Asset Disposition Center, prioritizing data security and asset resale. Originally from Canada, Dustin has lived in Dubai since 2008. His diverse international background includes roles in start-ups, real estate, events, sustainability consulting, and professional sports. An experienced entrepreneur, he is passionate about transforming ideas into successful implementations.

EV Solution Design Lead - DHL

Toby Groom is passionate about the evolution of the logistics industry, particularly in EV logistics. As a trusted value creator and communicator, he focuses on customer-centered concepts with integrity and a stakeholder-oriented approach. With over 20 years at DHL, Toby has deep expertise in logistics operations, solution consulting, and customer development. His background in the Technology, Life Sciences, and Auto-Mobility sectors provides valuable insights into the growing EV logistics market. Currently, he leads the EV Logistics Program within DHL Customer Solutions & Innovation, driving strategic development amid evolving regulations and customer needs.

eTrucks Manager - Daimler Commercial Vehicles MENA

Ognjen Jovanovic is the eTrucks Manager at Daimler Trucks & Buses MENA, overseeing sales and business development for zero-emission vehicles from Mercedes-Benz Trucks and FUSO. With over nine years at Daimler Commercial Vehicles MENA, he specializes in dealer management, business development, and electric vehicles.

Before this, Ognjen spent over 11 years at Daimler AG and Mercedes-Benz Serbia and Montenegro, contributing to product strategies as a Product Manager and educating others as a Product Trainer. He holds a Master’s Degree in Automotive Engineering from the University of Belgrade, bringing valuable expertise in zero-emission vehicles and business strategy to the MENA region.

National Account Manager, Automotive - DHL Express 

Bellina Furtado manages CSI and MNC customers at DHL Express, focusing on implementing and developing timely express solutions for the evolving automotive sector. With over 10 years in logistics, she began her career with an air charter operator, then moved to DHL Global Forwarding before joining DHL Express. Her diverse background spans air cargo, freight forwarding, 3PL solutions, and express logistics. This experience has allowed her to collaborate with major business groups and gain a deep understanding of customer supply chain needs and logistics solutions.

Key Account Manager, Global Forwarding - DHL

Sean Harley is a dedicated Key Account Manager in Dubai, overseeing key accounts in the Automotive and Luxury & Fashion sectors for DHL in freight forwarding and logistics. He has developed expertise in various supply chain areas, including Express, Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Courier, and E-commerce. Sean's strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with his deep industry knowledge, allow him to build lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively and efficiently.

Dirk Nel is the Regional Customer Director for the Auto-Mobility sector, overseeing the Middle East, North Africa, and Turkey. With over two decades of experience in the automotive industry, he has held key roles in various countries, honing his skills in supply chain management and transportation logistics. Dirk's deep understanding of the industry's challenges, combined with his commitment to innovation and sustainability, drives improvements in automotive logistics. His dedication to excellence has established him as a respected leader, shaping the future of sustainable automotive logistics.

With over 10 years in logistics, I’ve worked with diverse clients across multiple regions and channels. My strong background in the automotive industry includes managing key accounts and projects for DHL Global Forwarding. Passionate about delivering value, I enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals. I’m always eager to learn and explore new opportunities in the dynamic logistics field.

Head of Innovation Middle East & Africa, DHL Customer Solutions & Innovation

With over 25 years of experience, including 20 at DHL, Irina has extensive expertise in the airline and logistics industries across three continents. She leads the DHL Innovation Center for the Middle East and Africa, a platform for engaging customers, start-ups, and industries about the future of logistics. Passionate about sustainability, Irina collaborates with DHL customers and partners on innovative solutions to create greener supply chains. Holding an MBA from Lancaster University, UK, she has called Dubai home for nine years and is a mother of two Dubai-born children, embodying the UAE's vibrant multicultural essence.

Head of DHL SmartSensor IoT, DHL Customer Solutions & Innovation

Christopher joined DHL in 2018, taking responsibility for the DHL SmartSensor product and driving research and development of cutting-edge IoT solutions. He manages a portfolio of visibility solutions for DHL and its customers, ensuring alignment with high standards in the Life Sciences and Healthcare industry. Before DHL, Christopher spent seven years as a Senior Project Leader in management consultancy, focusing on network industries like energy, telecommunications, and logistics, leading projects in Business Model Innovation. He holds an MBA from the University of Mannheim, Germany, and is based in Bonn.

Director, Enviroserve

Siji Anto is the Sales Director at Enviroserve, leading the UAE Sales team. With over 15 years of experience in business development and corporate sales, she focuses on expanding Enviroserve's portfolio both in the UAE and internationally, particularly in EV battery recycling. Siji is committed to promoting a Circular Economy, which remains a key area of interest for her. Her leadership drives initiatives that align with sustainable practices, ensuring the company meets its goals while contributing to environmental stewardship.
