Thomas Ogilvie
Labour Director and Board Member for Personnel, DHL
Dr. Thomas Ogilvie has over 15 years of management experience at DHL Group, starting in December 2001 with the Market Research Service Center at DHL Consult GmbH. He progressed through various product and business development roles in the eCommerce division, becoming Senior Vice President for Private Customers and Online Strategy in 2011. In January 2016, he was appointed Executive Vice President of Corporate Development. Thomas holds a Diploma in Psychology from the University of Bonn and a PhD in Economics from the University of St. Gallen.
Linda Aiello

Linda Aiello leads a unified Global Salesforce Business Partner team, builds strong partnerships across the company, and implements strategic changes that drive success for the business and engagement among the employees.
Linda Aiello's career highlights include; recognition as a Great Place to Work in global markets including the UK, Germany, Canada & Japan, Led Human resources & recruiting in EMEA for Uber and 20 years experience managing and developing people at leading fashion brands including LVMH Fashion Group, Jimmy Choo & Bruno Magli.
Ben Gesing
Global Head of Trend Research, DHL Customer Solutions & Innovation
Ben Gesing is a global innovation leader with 8 years of experience in logistics, telecommunications, and consumer electronics. He currently leads Global Trend Research at DHL, focusing on customer-centric innovation from the DHL Innovation Center near Bonn, Germany. Ben and his team shape the innovation agenda at DHL Group, publishing industry research and piloting cutting-edge solutions in artificial intelligence, computer vision, and robotics. They collaborate with startups, customers, and operators to implement these solutions in live logistics operations, driving forward the company's innovative capabilities.
Dr. Markus Voss
Global Chief Information Officer and Chief Operations Officer, DHL Supply Chain. DHL Group
Dr. Markus Voss is a member of the Top Executive Council at DHL Group and serves as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Information Officer (CIO) of DHL Supply Chain. He oversees operations in over 50 countries within a €13 billion division, providing warehousing, transportation, and value-added services. Leading a global team of 2,000 IT specialists, Dr. Voss translates business needs into digital solutions and manages 2,500 supply chain operations, focusing on standardization and continuous improvement. His partnerships with global IT firms enable innovative solutions, from management systems to Augmented Reality and IoT. Dr. Voss, who joined DHL in 2003, has 17 years of industry experience and holds a PhD in Physical Chemistry from the University of Cologne. He is married with three daughters.

Thomas Netzer
Chief Operating Officer, Wayfair
Thomas Netzer is responsible for driving customer and supplier happiness through improving and scaling Wayfair's global Operations including supplier service, customer service, and supply chain management (dropship and asset-based). Prior to joining Wayfair Thomas was with McKinsey & Company for more than 20 years. During his time at the leading management consultancy, he focused on the transportation and infrastructure industries and co-led McKinsey’s global logistics practice. Thomas has a PhD in business and a diploma in business administration from the University of Cologne.
Amit Sharma
Chief Executive Officer, Narvar
Amit Sharma is the founder and CEO of Narvar, an intelligent customer experience platform designed to simplify the lives of consumers in commerce. While working in retail operations at Apple, Walmart, and Williams-Sonoma, he identified a gap between purchase and delivery. This led to the creation of Narvar, which helps retailers build trust and loyalty through branded order tracking. Now the industry standard, Narvar engages consumers across every purchase touchpoint, serving over 125 million globally through brands like Sephora and LVMH. Amit has been featured in publications like Harvard Business Review and has spoken at events such as Web Summit. He holds a BS in electronics engineering and an MBA from Duke University.

As the Global Head of Innovation Programs at DHL (CSI), Jessica is shaping the strategic roadmap for new developments and commercialization across the different regions. She has more than 6 years' experience in the field of new business model development, digitalization, and org. transformation.
Dr. Ralf Strauss
Chairman of the Board, European Marketing Association
Dr. Ralf Strauss is Managing Partner of Marketing Tech Lab GmbH, Customer Excellence GmbH, and CMO Academy GmbH. He serves as president of the German Marketing Association and chairman of the European Marketing Confederation and the CMO Community. Previously, he was Senior Vice President at Volkswagen, leading digital transformation in marketing and sales. He held various roles at SAP, including Global VP of Product Management for CRM Marketing and CMO for Germany and Central Europe. Ralf has authored over 60 publications, including “Digital Transformation” and the annual “Marketing Tech Monitor.”
Steve Thompsett
Chief Customer Officer Asia Pacific, DHL Supply Chain
Based in Singapore, Steve Thompsett is the Chief Customer Officer for DHL Supply Chain Asia Pacific. With 25 years at DHL, he has held key leadership roles across 20 markets in four regions. Currently, he leads a team of over 150, driving the DHL Customer Centricity agenda. Describing himself as a results-driven leader, Steve emphasizes trust and balanced workplace dynamics. He joined DHL through the National Freight Consortium in 1992, moving to Hong Kong in 2001 to help acquire Exel Consolidated Services. After six years in Hong Kong, he transitioned to Australia in 2008, where he played a pivotal role in tripling business size by 2016. Steve is married with three children and enjoys sports, particularly cricket, golf, and rugby.
Olaf Schnapauff
Technical Director, CTO Office, Google
Olaf Schnapauff is a Technical Director at the CTO Office at Google, where he collaborates with senior technology experts to foster innovation with strategic customers facing complex technical challenges. Focusing on the Travel, Hospitality, and Aviation sectors, he explores cloud adoption and the evolution of data, AI, and infrastructure. Before Google, Olaf was CTO at Amadeus, a leading SaaS provider for the travel industry, overseeing technology governance during a major migration to Kubernetes and public cloud. He also held leadership roles at Deutsche Telekom and Sun Microsystems. Olaf holds a Computer Science Diploma from Technische Universität Braunschweig and has researched at Utah State University. In his free time, he enjoys scuba diving, snowboarding, and sailing.
