Shipments cannot be delivered to PO boxes. Shipments are delivered to the receiver’s address given by the shipper with a recipient's name.
DHL Express adheres to today's advanced aircraft design, which calculates the volumetric (dimensional) weight of each shipment for the most efficient use of cargo space.
The cost of a shipment can be affected by the amount of space that it occupies on an aircraft, rather than the actual weight.
