BILLING AND ACCOUNT RECEIVABLES

Our aim is to make shipping easy, including the receipt of our invoices.

All original tax invoices are delivered electronically via ebilling. Reduce your carbon footprint by using MyBill for any additional copy tax invoices.

E-Billing 

The paperless invoice via DHL e-Billing is the standard solution for DHL Express customers. You will receive your transport and customs invoices as well as your accompanying customs documents free of charge by e-mail in PDF format and can also access and manage them online.

E-billing can only be sent to one email address. It is advisable that the customer create a generic/alias email address if more than one person should receive the DHL invoice electronically.

Freight Invoices - Billing is done on a weekly basis. A copy of the tax invoice is sent via e-Billing. Waybill and supporting documents can be retrieved from MyAccount.

Vat & Duty Invoices - Billing is done on a daily basis and is sent to the customer via e-Billing daily. NB: PO Numbers/Cost Centres should be included under shipper's reference when the AWB is being created. These numbers will not appear on the invoice if it has not been inserted under the shipper's reference field on the air waybill.

Our secure online environment saves time and eliminates paperwork for all our customers' DHL Express accounts in one location. It combines the convenience of an online interface with the speed and security of electronic banking.

DHL MyBill allows you to efficiently manage and pay your DHL invoices online. There is no cost to enroll, view or pay your bills online. It is easy and secure! View your bill online anytime, anywhere via PC or Tablet.

• You maintain full control of all your export and import accounts in one profile.
• Research individual line items on your invoices.
• If you need to file a dispute for charges, it's simple to submit your request and information with DHL MyBill

MyBill will allow you to:

• Review payment history online.

• View and download copies of all invoices, including corresponding PDF and TIF documentation.

• Download invoice and shipment transaction data in customized CSV format.

• Query and submit disputes on invoice level.

• Designate a company administrator to create new logins for multiple internal users.

• Access invoice and shipment documentation for up to 12 months.

Upon funds transfer for timely and accurate payment allocation. All remittance advices must be in pdf or excel format with full details of payment information, all remittances must be emailed to the above address on the same day as payment is made.

SAP account numbers or invoice number must be used for payment reference.

Payments can be made into the DHL bank account that is reflecting on your account statement.

Payment Terms
DHL offers 30 days credit terms for freight charges from date of statement and 7 days credit terms from date of invoice for Vat and Duty accounts. Your payment terms can be found on your DHL Express account statement.
