A commercial is required when sending non-document shipments to countries and territories outside your origin country or customs union.
Air Waybill(AWB)
All shipments sent with DHL Express need to have a fully completed DHL air waybill or label securely attached to each piece. This will enable the successful movement of your shipment through the DHL network.
Clearing Instructions
Clearing instructions are mandatory documents completed by the exporter or importer for their forwarding or clearing agent. This sets out all activities required to move the goods either from the seller to the Incoterms handover point (in the case of exports) or from the Incoterms handover point to the buyer.
Duties and Taxes
Customs/Import Duties are imposed on some goods that are imported or moved across a political boundary. Import duties are imposed to raise revenues and protect local (producers/marketers) producers and markets in the country of destination.
