How to Pick up a Parcel from a DHL ServicePoint
Time to pick up a parcel at one of our 1850 DHL ServicePoints? The process is as simple as 1-2-3

- Locate the correct service point
- Collect your shipment
1. Your Shipment Notification
When your parcel has arrived, a notification will be sent to the addressee by text or email. The notification will include the shipment number and information about which DHL ServicePoint to visit for pickup.
2. Find Your DHL ServicePoint
If you aren't sure how to get to the DHL ServicePoint listed in your shipment notification, our DHL ServicePoint finder can provide easy directions. Just enter the information on your shipment notification and you'll see a map of the area.
3. Pick Up Your Shipment
Before you leave for your service point, make sure you bring the shipment number and a valid ID. You can also authenticate yourself with a mobile bank ID using a link provided in your shipment notification.
What is a valid ID?
Swedish IDs:
- Swedish driving license
- ID card issued by the Swedish Tax Agency
- SIS marked ID card and service card
- National ID card, issued by Swedish police
- Passport (not provisional passport, pink color)
Important! LMA-card handled by ”Migrationsverket” (Swedish immigration authority) is NOT a valid ID.
Foreign IDs:
- Passport (not provisional passport)
- Nordic driving license, issued in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Iceland
- Foreign national ID card, issued in countries within the EU/Schengen area*
Digital IDs:
- BankID via URL
- BankID’s digital ID-card
- Freja E-ID
Can I pick up for a friend?
If you pick up parcels for someone else, you need to show both your and the recipient's ID. It's also possible to identify yourself via Digital ID and receive a QR-code, which you can share with anyone.
