How to Pick up a Parcel from a DHL ServicePoint

Time to pick up a parcel at one of our 1850 DHL ServicePoints? The process is as simple as 1-2-3

  1. You will receive a notification
  2. Locate the correct service point
  3. Collect your shipment

1. Your Shipment Notification

When your parcel has arrived, a notification will be sent to the addressee by text or email. The notification will include the shipment number and information about which DHL ServicePoint to visit for pickup.

2. Find Your DHL ServicePoint

If you aren't sure how to get to the DHL ServicePoint listed in your shipment notification, our DHL ServicePoint finder can provide easy directions. Just enter the information on your shipment notification and you'll see a map of the area.

3. Pick Up Your Shipment

Before you leave for your service point, make sure you bring the shipment number and a valid ID. You can also authenticate yourself with a mobile bank ID using a link provided in your shipment notification.
