DHL Home Delivery Parcel (parcel shipments)
DHL Home Delivery Parcel helps e-retailers deliver parcel shipments all the way to your customer's doorstep. DHL Home Delivery Parcel is a service with few limitations, where communication with your customers is our top priority. We maintain contact with the customer throughout the entire delivery process, aiming to make the delivery process as convenient as possible for the recipient. The service is available to approximately 70% of Sweden’s population.

- Delivery time: 1-3 days
- Maximum weight: 20 kg (actual weight)
- Maximum dimensions: Length = 150 cm, length + circumference = 300 cm

If you want your shipment to be delivered before a certain time, we offer the priority delivery option. We also offer our option Skicka Grönt (Send it Green). When you add this to your booking, the carriers get their extra cost that 100% renewable fuels cause and you as a customer get a reduced fossil carbon footprint.

Delivery Notifications
Tracking notifications in email and text for both the consignee and consignor keep you up to date on your shipment status. With pre-advice by driver, our driver calls the consignee approximately 15-30 minutes before delivery to give both you and the consignee a higher level of control.
