Please fill in your shipment details as you have done so far. When selecting the UK as a destination country, a banner will appear where you can fill in the customs information for your shipment.

- Export type (e.g. sales)
- The reason for export (permanent if a sale)

- Select the merchandise code or comforty code you find here

Printing your label will print two documents (CN23 and CP71) that will need to be attached to the shipment. Two copies of the commercial invoice or proforma will also need to be attached. If you have not finished filling in your shipment details you can press BACK to finish doing this

If you do not have the commercial invoice of the shipment content you will need to attach a proforma invoice. Remember to place two copies of the invoice (commercial or proforma) in the Packing list that will be attached to the package.

If you have created the shipment with My DHL Parcel and use product DHL Parcel Connect, your Packing List must contain:
- A copy of the CN23 document
- A copy of the CP71 document

The CN23 is a customs declaration that must accompany the package we are sending to the UK, provided it is performed using My DHL Parcel and product DHL Parcel Connect. The ideal for expediting the customs process is that this document is completed in English. Failure to properly populate this document could result in delays in delivery, and if the company could be completed with false information, the company may face a fine or the incautation of the merchandise.
In addition to the CN23, the shipper must accompany the package with CP71 and two copies of the commercial invoice.

The CP71 is an expedition document where sender and receiver data and a description of the contents of the package appear. It is mandatory to properly complete the CP71 for shipping outside the EU if you use the My DHL Parcel shipping tool.
In addition to theCP71, the shipper must accompany the package with the CN23 document and two copies of the commercial invoice.
