It means the driver has attempted to deliver your shipment and the shipping address we have is incomplete or incorrect. You can provide us with your address details here. You can also change delivery to a nearby pickup point or other address in your province here whenever there are available delivery attempts. If your shipment is in delivery you can only choose a neighbor/concierge delivery.

Please contact your provider or online store for this information. Also,  If you make the purchase, we will send you an email with the expected delivery date, the details we have on the delivery address, and the options you have to change your delivery if you are not at home. 

Please check that you have entered the data correctly as our system is case sensitive. Please also note that the shipment information does not automatically appear, it is displayed once  DHL eCommerce receives the shipment from the shipper. If your online purchase is international, it may take a few days to see the status of your order on our website. 

Simply enter the tracking number we provided in our notification email with the expected delivery date. If you have not received it, please contact the shipper of the shipment. Remember to indicate all the digits of the uppercase follow-up. 

A tracking number or ID is a combination of numbers and letters that identify your shipment. It can be between 10 and 39 characters. Always remember to write all caps and no spaces (except dashes). 

If you have ordered your product in an online store, it is most likely that it will provide you with the tracking number or ID. If the sender has provided us with your email or mobile number we will send you this information along with the expected delivery date and home delivery details.
