HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

Follow the steps below if you already have your shipping label and want to return an online purchase. Make sure the transport supplier on the label is DHL eCommerce

Label

In order to make the return you will need a return label, if it is not inside the box of your shipment contact the sender for you to arrive.

Packaging

Pack your shipment securely, remove the old label (must not be visible) and attach the new shipment to the box.

Perform Return

Get closer to the nearest DHL eCommerce pick-up point and leave your shipment there to get to the sender. Locate the nearest point here.

Proof

Whenever you make a return from a ServicePoint or from a Locker from DHL, you will receive proof of delivery
