Data will be stored as necessary. The need is derived from the required retention periods. If you are an existing DHL customer, your postal data (e.g. name, address) will be processed to contact you and provide you with the latest information about our offers, news, products and services. Unless you give us your express consent, we will process your email address only to provide you with information regarding DHL’s own and similar products.
The legal basis for the processing above is art. 6 (1) f) GDPR. The processing of customer data for our own direct marketing is considered a task made by a legitimate interest.
