How to pick up your shipment at a DHL eCommerce ServicePoint

Notification

You will receive a message (sms or email) with the ServicePoint where you can pick up your shipment.

Documentation Required

In order to pick up your shipment you must take your ID. If you can't fill this request for someone to do in your place.

Pickup Shipment

Go to the pick-up point to get your shipment as soon as possible! Please remember you have 10 calendar days to do so.
