Our driver collects and your item is delivered in the UK the next working day or quickly to Europe, confirmed by a scan at the locker or store

THE RECIPIENT IS NOTIFIED

A PUC (Pick Up Code) is sent to the recipient to tell them their parcel is at the out-of-home location

PARCEL IS COLLECTED

The recipient’s ID is shown and the locker or shop scans the PUC: delivery complete!
