WHAT SERVICES DO YOUR CUSTOMERS GET?

  • Tracking notifications, including a 1hr ETA and optional “you’re next” message
  • DHL eCommerce UK app, where they can track, manage and rearrange deliveries
  • Add their what3words address and designate a safe place for deliveries if they’re not in
  • Tell us which neighbours will accept a parcel (and which won’t)
  • Change delivery address or redirect to a ServicePoint
  • Photo confirmation of delivery

SUSTAINABILITY

Our new Coventry Hub – and all our new depots – are being built to achieve BREEAM “Excellent” status.  That means solar panels, movement sensitive lights, EV charging points and much more.

We’ve invested £64m in upgrading our fleet, focussing on alternative fuel vehicles to pre-empt technology developments in larger vehicles over the coming years.

We currently have 6 fully electric 18tn trucks, 30 bio-LNG trucks and 18 electric tugs in the UK.  Our entire forklift fleet is electric and we have over 60 EVs operating in London and other major UK cities.
