Need your shipments delivered by Christmas?
We do our best to make sure that all shipments are delivered on schedule, especially during the Christmas season. Due to the large number of parcels shipped in the month of December, we suggest you make sure your parcels are collected by the dates reported below if you want them delivered by Christmas.

We also inform you that:
- On Dec. 24 and Dec. 31:
- There will be no pick up service.
- Delivery service will only be available in the morning.
- On Dec. 28 and Jan. 4, Saturday Delivery service will not be available.
- From Dec. 9 to 24 inclusive, Dedicate Pickup and Dedicated Delivery services will be suspended on all products (domestic and international, truck and express).
- On Dec. 24 and Dec. 31 our Customer Service will operate between the hours of 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. On Dec. 25, Dec. 26 and Jan. 1, Customer Service will not be operative.
