Enjoy separate insurance to give you extra protection and security. We always do our utmost, but sometimes the unforeseen occur that involve loss or damage to goods. Our liability does not always cover the full value of the goods.

With DHL Cargo insurance, you have a reliable full-value insurance with extra security without deductible. This means that you can feel safe sending goods with DHL Freight. You can book cargo insurance with myDHLFreight or through an approved TA-system or EDI.

By selecting SEND IT GREEN, the customer can reduce the environmental impact of their transport and boost development of the transport sector right here and now. The revenues are used to invest in vehicles with cost driven environmental technology. Something that will guarantee environmental benefits within our Swedish transport network.

With SEND IT GREEN, we can work with you and your customers to seriously reduce emissions of carbon dioxide, where it would otherwise be impossible without your contribution. Each time you or your customers book SEND IT GREEN, you are buying shares in our overall capacity of CO2 reducing freight. The shares are not linked to any specific route. Instead, SEND IT GREEN enables us to replace a fossil transport section with vehicles running on renewable fuels, where they will have the most impact. The whole process, from production to sales, is verified by an independent party.

If you would like to see delivery details about a shipment afterwards, we can supply a copy of the shipping document. For example, it could clarify who has signed for a delivery.

How to access this document, differs a little by product.

If you use our Active Tracing service, you can produce your own transport document free of charge. For those without access to Active Tracing, a POD hard copy can be ordered through our Customer service and is charged according to the price list.
