Alexander Gunde
President, Global Technology Sector, DHL Customer Solutions & Innovation
After earning his Business Administration degree in Wiesbaden, Germany, Alexander began his career in 1996 in San Sebastian, Spain. As International Manager of Guipuzcoana S.L., he connected the company to a European parcel network, joining Eurodis in 1998. He later contributed to harmonizing Eurodis with DHL's Europack network. In 1999, Alexander joined DHL, taking on various roles before becoming VP of German Automotive in 2009. Since 2019, he has led DHL’s global Technology sector.
Katja Busch
Chief Commercial Officer & Head of Customer Solutions & Innovations, DHL Group
Since February 2018, Katja Busch has been Chief Commercial Officer and Head of Sales Organization & DHL Customer Solutions Innovation at DHL Group. From 2013-2018, she was Chief Sales Officer at DHL Parcel Germany, overseeing domestic sales and customer service. Busch also led international customer service for the Post-eCommerce-Parcel division and headed the Global eCom Key Account Management unit. She joined DHL in 1997 after seven years at TNT Express and held various leadership roles in marketing and sales.
Paula Natoli
Director, Global Strategic Industries, Supply Chain & Logistics, Google
Paula Natoli is Director, Global Strategic Industries at Google Cloud, focusing on supply chain & logistics. She partners with companies to enhance customer satisfaction through data, AI, and technology. Before joining Google in 2020, Paula spent 23 years at Blue Yonder (formerly JDA Software), leading professional services and product management, deploying solutions for global companies. A recognized thought leader, she’s been named a Supply Chain Pro to Know and one of the Top 100 Women in Supply Chain in 2024.
