  • Once the shipment is delivered, you will be able to download your proof of delivery. Check the status of your shipment and click on the icon "proof of delivery". If this is not available, please re-check 24 hours.

  • Yes, you can deliver your shipment to any ServicePoint DHL Parcel. See the nearest ServicePoint and your schedules here. Remember to stick the shipping label to the box so that we are reaching your recipient.

  • After completing all the information to generate the shipping label, you will be redirected to the payment platform to make the payment online. You can pay with Paypal, Visa credit card or Mastercard. It should be considered that credit card transactions will be charged directly.

  • The deadline to request cancellation of your shipment is 30 days from the date of order. DHL Parcel will not issue refunds when the order is made after the 30-day cancellation policy, but will give the customer the option to use the shipping label within 90 days of the label creation.

    DHL Parcel will reimburse the service fee as long as the order is made prior to shipment delivery at a DHL ServicePoint collection point.

    DHL Parcel will provide a full refund of the invoiced amount provided the customer submits the request to DHL Parcel Customer Support.

    Reimbursement will always be made through the same payment method used to hire the shipping service.

    Reimbursement will be effective within approximately 10 days of the DHL Parcel Customer Support confirmation date.

    DHL Parcel reserves the right to cancel any service in the event of any breach of the Terms and Conditions by the user.
