HOW TO RETURN ORDERS

WITH RETURN LABEL

Follow the steps below if you already have your label and want to return an online purchase.
Make sure the return carrier is DHL Parcel.

Label

A return label is required for returns. If you do not arrive inside the original shipping box, you must contact the sender to send it to you.

Package

It is important to securely pack the shipment, remove the old label and place the return label in the box. The original label should never be visible or legible - if not to remove place the return label above.

Perform Return

Find ServicePoint DHL more convenient for yourself and leave your shipment, already prepared with the return label, so we can get to the sender. Check whichServicePoint closest to you.

Proof of Delivery

Whenever you deliver a shipment to a ServicePoint DHL, you must provide a contact (email or phone) to receive an email or sms delivery proof.
