Applicable to all shipments where:

in one of its parts, one side is greater than 2 meters;
Any shipment over 1000 kgs (taxable weight)

Peak Season Supplement

Applicable in high-volume shipping periods, with increased demand for capacity, high operating costs and other situations that alter the normal operation of our network.

Application period: November 15 to January 15.

Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)

Export Customs Surcharges

At the request of the customer, DHL dispatches the shipment at the destination and arranges the applicable import duties, taxes and regulatory charges that will be invoiced at a later date to the Shipper customer’s account, rather than collecting the order at the destination. In addition to taxes and duties, an administrative surcharge will be invoiced for the entire process.

Export Customs Surcharges

Certificate of Origin, applicable to goods with invoice declared value above €6,000, to certify that the goods have been produced, manufactured or processed in the European Community, thereby representing an advantage in importation. Valid for shipments to Norway only.
