Please be advised that the Data Controller of the contest participants is DHL eCommerce Polska sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw at Osmańska 2 (02-823 Warsaw), hereinafter referred to as “DHL”.

Participants' personal data will be processed for the purpose of the competition, i.e. to organise the competition, select the winners and hand over the prizes in accordance with the rules and regulations accepted by the participant, i.e. the contract concluded with DHL (legal basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter "RODO") and subsequently for accounting purposes (Article 6(1)(c) RODO). If you give additional consent, DHL will process your data in order to contact you more quickly; for direct marketing of DHL products and services via email or telephone depending on the option you have chosen (Article 6(1)(a) RODO).

In addition to DHL employees, agents and members of DHL's governing bodies, your data will be accessed by persons and entities that ensure the operation, maintenance and servicing of DHL's IT systems and solutions.

Your data will be processed for the duration of the organisation, conduct and settlement of the competition, including the expiry of statutory deadlines for the retention of accounting records. If you have given additional consent for marketing activities, your data will be processed until you withdraw it

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, which will have no effect on the processing of the processing under this consent prior to withdrawal. You also have the right to access, delete, rectify, transfer to another administrator, restrict processing. We are committed to safeguarding the data, however, if you believe that your rights are not properly followed, you are entitled to file a complaint with the President of the Privacy Office.

The provision of the data is a condition of the contract and the effect of not being given will not be the option of participating in the Contest. Providing additional contact information is voluntary and if winning significantly accelerates award delivery to winners. The consent is voluntary and the result of non-delivery will not be met by DHL.
