DHL PARCEL RETURN CONNECT
Shipment Weight and Dimensions (including packaging):
- single piece shipments up to 31.5 kg non-palletized
- maximum dimensions of a standard parcel 120 x 60 x 60 cm (if any of the sides exceeds the above-mentioned dimensions, an additional fee is charged for a non-standard element)
- minimum shipment dimensions 15 x 11 x 1 cm
- maximum length of 200 cm shipment, except for Italy, where maximum shipment length is 120 cm maximum circumference must not exceed 360 cm
The shipment circuit is calculated by 1 x length + 2 x width + 2 x height
For returns from the countries listed below, DHL ServicePoint has differences in:
- Maximum weight: Belgium, Luxembourg - 30 kg; Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Denmark, Sweden - 20 kg; Netherlands - 23 kg; Italy - 25 kg; Slovakia - 10 kg
- Maximum dimensions: Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Sweden - 1 x 0.5 x 0.5 cm; Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia - 0.6 x 0.36 x 0.6 cm; Greece - 0.6 x 0.6 x 0.4 cm; Slovakia - 0.8 x 0.6 x 0.6 cm; Italy - 0.6 x 0.6 x 0.6 cm

Drop Off Shipment
The Principal decides how to provide the return label and has the option to select the following: prints the label and places it inside the package along with the goods shipped or sends the label to the attachment (PDF file).
The same electronic tools are used to prepare the return label for international shipping.
The Return Instructions included with your shipment will provide you with the information you need to determine the correct handling and selection of the appropriate drop-off options.
If the parameters of the shipment prevent drop-off at a DHL eCommerce location or machine, the Ordering Party’s Customer may order a Courier locally, in accordance with the rules of the country of origin.
