The network consists of, among others: gas stations, shops, press salons. These are POPULAR and super comfortable places where fast and  You will receive or receive a shipment seamlessly. In short, we call them DHL POP. You’ll find them just behind the corner, near you and your customers!

Send single domestic and international shipments at DHL Parcel ServicePoints.

If you have a contract with DHL eCommerce and an active customer number, go ahead and send individual parcels at DHL POP Parcel Service Points. Included in the price of the POP service!

You can send:

  • Package Domestic;
  • Package International.

Weight and dimensions of the consignments to be carried in accordance with the characteristics of the service.

Prepare your shipment and shipping documents

Prepare your shipment and print out the shipping documents using DHL eCommerce electronic tools (this is necessary to send the parcel to our partner point).

Bring the parcel to the selected DHL Parcel ServicePoints Center and send it.

The shipment will be credited to your DHL eCommerce invoice.

Discounts will be charged according to the agreement.

You can check the route of your shipment to the receiver on our website and through our electronic tools.

How does the collection of parcels at DHL ServicePoints work?

People buying on the network are increasingly interested in picking up their own shipments, especially if the pick-up points are in their vicinity. Our network of personal collection points fits perfectly into these needs!

When the shipment is at the DHL ServicePoint selected by the customer, we send an e-mail / SMS with the PIN code necessary for its collection. Package is awaiting 2-day pick-up. No time to pick up is not a problem, just upload your PIN and bill of lading number to the person you authorize to receive the shipment.

How do I make DHL eCommerce point-of-sale pickups available to e-commerce customers?

  • A standard contract with DHL eCommerce for the carriage of parcels is sufficient to make delivery to our outlets available.
    There is no need to sign a contract amendment or additional documents.
  • Our points can be selected from DHL24, your electronic shipping center in DHL eCommerce Poland
  • In order for the e-shop customers to choose DHL Parcel ServicePoints as a delivery option, it is necessary to integrate the DHL ServicePoints pickup point mapwith the website where it will be available
  • In order for the sender to be able to send a parcel to a DHL ServicePoint Service Center, it is necessary to fill in the data for notifications (e-mail, mobile phone number), which will be needed on delivery.
