WHAT E-RECEIVABLES ARE:

  • E-Receivables - “Receivables” is a new tab in the DHL Customer Financial Portal called the DHL eCommerce Invoice, where you will find information on your commitments to DHL eCommerce Sp. z o.o.
  • The ‘Receivables’ tab allows monitoring of current payables.
  • You can check yourself which invoices remain unpaid and which have already been paid, without having to contact the debt collection department..

WHY USE E-RECEIVABLES

Saving time

There is no need to contact the debt collection or accounting department to obtain information on the status of invoices. All the information you need is available at your fingertips, speeding up the payment management process and increasing financial transparency.

Timeliness

With this function, all current payments can be easily and quickly controlled. This allows you to keep track of which obligations are up to date, which in turn helps you to plan your finances and avoid late payments.


HOW TO USE E-RECEIVABLES

Information on Your receivables can be found in the eInvoice application under the "Receivables" tab.

FREQUENTLY QUESTIONS – FAQ

  • E-Receivables are updated on working days at 12.00

  • Payments are posted with a one-day delay. If the transfer was made after 12 noon, the e-claims will only change invoice status after two working days.

  • Send an e-mail address to the debt collection department requesting access. Collection notices will also be sent to this address. Once your details have been added and updated, you will have access to a tab where you can check your account balance and the number of outstanding invoices when you log into your user panel.
